Processing What Others Cannot

Feedstock variability is the core challenge of polymer recycling. Our proprietary manufacturing architecture utilizes advanced melt-phase polymer finishing operating under ultra-high vacuum conditions to extract volatile impurities and dynamically restore Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) in real-time.

The 4-Stage Processing Engine

01

Pan-India Raw Material Sourcing

  • Input: Post-consumer PET packaging and post-industrial polymer waste streams.
  • Process: Sourced via an established, multi-regional procurement network with strict gate-entry moisture and impurity screening.

02

Decontamination & Refinement

  • Process: High-efficiency sorting, mechanical crushing, multi-stage hot washing, and optical sorting.
  • Result: Ultra-clean, high-purity PET flakes ready for thermal processing.

03

Melt-Phase Polymer Finishing & IV Restoration

  • Process: Vacuum-assisted devolatilization and continuous melt homogenization.
  • Result: Dynamic rebuilding of molecular polymer chains to match or exceed virgin polymer tenacity and mechanical performance.

04

Precision Extrusion, Drawing & Baling

  • Process: Multi-stage drawing, crimping, heat setting, and precision cutting.
  • Output: Customized deniers (0.9D to 20D) in solid, hollow conjugate, and dope-dyed options.

Supply Chain & Material Traceability

Upstream Raw Material Procurement (Inbound)

  • Pan-India collection network (scrap dealers, urban aggregators)
  • Post-consumer PET bottles & post-industrial polymer waste streams
  • Rigorous gate-entry testing (moisture, impurity, and polymer grade)

Digital Chain Of Custody & Traceability

  • Global Recycle Standard (Grs) verified batch tracking
  • 100% digital material mapping from collection point to baled fiber

Downstream Logistics & Exim Capabilities (Outbound)

  • Strategic plant locations near major industrial textile belts
  • Direct port connectivity via Mundra & Hazira for export dispatches
  • Guaranteed supply continuity backed by 52,000 MTPA combined scale
